Our February 2024 wedding on the Sunset Lawn at Hotel Wailea was a dream come true. My husband and I are big foodies and we wanted to feed our guests a menu that truly represents who we are and what we love. We are from Sydney Australia so we have a huge dining scene here so we naturally high expectations for food. Brian, you are a very talented chef. Maui is lucky to have you! Every single plate was nothing less than amazing.

I always think it’s a little suspicious when one business has a 100% five star rating, But in the case of Cutting Edge caterers, I am the first to admit they actually deserve a higher than five star rating! I base this on personal experience, having recently hosted a surprise birthday party for my husband using their amazing service. It’s a week later and I am still hearing from the guests commenting on how delicious the food was and their positive impressions on the service provided. Chef Pete and Chef Maya did an outstanding job. Bartender Matilda made sure everyone was well hydrated and our servers were delightful and quite efficient. I have found my caterer on Maui! And mahalo to Jessica for her excellent communication skills throughout while the planning the event.

Working with Cutting Edge Catering was such a great experience and the food was absolutely incredible! We ate a lot of amazing meals during our time in Maui, and this was hands down the best. All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was.

Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It didn’t feel like typical “wedding food” at all.The team was so easy to work with, everything ran smoothly, and the service was top-notch.

We’re still getting messages from friends and family saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and we couldn’t agree more. Cutting Edge truly made our wedding dinner unforgettable!

The initial booking process was a breeze, they were so easy to communicate with, and the staff was so accommodating.

The entire experience on our wedding day was better than we could’ve imagined. The meals were some of the best we’ve ever tasted and our guests are still telling us the same! The coursed meal and the attention to detail from the servers made it such a luxury dining experience for everyone. Having amazing food was one of our top priorities for our wedding and Cutting Edge blew us away. If you are planning a wedding on Maui, book them immediately! I promise you won’t regret it.

I was blown away with the quality of food, it was not only beautifully presented, it was the best wedding food myself and my guests have ever had. We chose the Mahi Mahi and Slow Roasted Short rib... 10/10 recommend!
